Step 2 - Submit Drawing for Quote
Submit a complete set of Architectural and Structural Plans, and specifications for our review. Upon review we provide a written proposal indicating an estimated timeline and cost. When you receive this feel free to contact us to address any questions and/or concerns.

Step 3 - Place an Order
When you are ready, a contract will be prepared for you.

Step 4 - Manufacturing and Construction
Upon receiving an approved set of drawings the IWS design team will get to work modeling the wood structure and connections in our 3D CAD program. From the 3D model the 2D structural drawings are then generated and submitted as part of our approval package for the contractor and architect to review.
When all dimensions and connections have been verified and approved we will generate shop drawings from the 3D model for use in fabricating your project. The 3D CAD program communicates with our Krusimatic CNC cutting system to manufacture the wood components. Similarly the custom steel connections are laser cut and welded to ensure a good fit with wood members.
Where possible components are test fit and assembled in-house for easy installation at the job site.

Step 5 - Product Delivery
The wood components are wrapped to provide protection against the elements. Whether shipped by truck, train or shipping container we do everything possible to ensure that your materials are delivered in perfect condition.
